About Support

The support button allows you to choose how your customers will be able to contact you for support. You may also use this area to have cPanel and WHM provide support for you.

Configure Customer Contact

Specify how customers can contact you with support requests is a feature that is provided to you by the customer contact configuration. You can specify your contact information that will be shown to your customers when they select Help, Contact, and Support. You first must select one of the three options provided that allows you to begin using this feature, the options are listed below.

• Display contact information
• Submit Requests to Email or URL
• Disable
