What is Auto Responders?

Auto Responders is a feature the can be configured to automatically send response messages. Emails will still go to your inbox but will be responded to without you having to respond to it.

Add an Auto Responder

Follow the below steps to add an auto responder:

1. Select the Auto Responders icon in the Email section of the cPanel interface
2. Select Add Autoresponder
3. Select your character set
4. Choose the time interval you wish for the auto responder to wait before sending auto responses
5. Specify the email address you wish for the system to respond to
6. Type the text your wish for the auto responder to send in the Body field
7. Select the start time, either Immediately or Custom,  you wish for the system to start on
8. Select the stop time
9. Select Create/Modify to save the added auto responder

Remove an Auto Responder

Follow the below steps to remove an auto reponder:

1. Select the Auto Responders icon in the Email section of the cPanel interface
2. Select Delete next to the appropriate auto responder
3. Select Yes to confirm
