Email Trace gives you reviews of email delivery attempt for your account. This feature is used for locating problems within email delivery.

Searching for Email Delivery Status

Follow the below steps to view:

  1. Select the Email Trace icon in the Mail section of the cPanel interface
  2. Enter the recipient address in the search box
  3. Select Run Report to view the Delivery Report table and the Email Server Trace diagram
