About Mailing Lists

The purpose of mailing lists is to allow you to use only one address to send mail to multiple addresses. cPanel deals with its mailing lists through an application called Mailman.

Creating a Mailing List

To create a mailing list follow the below steps:

1. Select the Mailing Lists icon in the Email section of the cPanel interface
2. Enter the following information in their respective fields

• List name
• Password
• Password Again
• Access Type

      3. Select Add Mailing List to finish

Manage Mailing Lists

Follow the below steps to manage your mailing lists:

1. Select the Mailing Lists icon in the Email section of the cPanel interface
2. Scroll down to the Mailing Lists list and scroll down to the Mailing List you want
3. Select Manage under Functions

Delete Mailing Lists

Follow the below steps to delete a mailing list

1. Select the Mailing Lists icon in the Email section of the cPanel interface
2. Scroll down to the Mailing Lists list and scroll down to the Mailing List you want
3. Select Delete under Functions
4. Confirm your deletion
