Webmail Won't Open

If you are unable to see the webmail page the below list may help fix that issue:

1. Remove any webmail subdirectories in your document root
2. Remove any subdomains or addon domains you created to your webmail
3. Remove an A record in DNS for webmail if you created one
4. Open ports 2095 and 2096 in you firewall

Web Application Not Available

If you can’t find  the webmail application you want, you may find that it may be disabled by your hosting provider.
