Accessing Webmail

Access Webmail Through cPanel Interface

To access Webmail using the cPanel Interface follow the steps below:

1. First select the Webmail icon in the Mail section of the cPanel interface.
2. Click Go to Secure Webmail Login.
3. Select the Web Application you wish to use from the list of Web Application provided to you.
4. Once you fill in the fields of information on the page, your email should open within your web browser.

Access Webmail Directly

To access Webmail Directly follow the steps below:

1. Enter https://example.com/webmail or  https://example.com:2096 into the URL block of your web browser       *Make sure that you enter your domain in place of example.com*
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Select Login
4. Select the Web Application you wish to use from the list of Web Application provided to you.
