About Server Contacts

The WHM home screen provides the Server Contacts button which gives you access to features that can assign and change your servers contact information.

Contact Manager

The Contact Manager allows you to assign three different alert options and specify how notifications will be received about events in those options. There are three alert options, Low, Medium, and High.

Edit System Mail Preferences

The Edit System Mail Preferences feature allows you to specify how mail should be dealt with for the 3 key addresses. The 3 key addresses are root, nobody, and cPanel.
