About Backup

You can create and set up backups on your server’s configuration and content within the Backup WHM Home Screen button. These backups are used to restore data at later times, and you are able to schedule automatic backups.

Backup Configuration

You can configure backups on your accounts with this feature. It provides an interface where system administrators can schedule customized backup configurations.

Backup Restoration

You can restore a backup using this feature. This is typically used when data or configuration is lost and you want to restore it to a previous backup.

Backup User Selection

This feature gives you the chance to choose which account will use the Legacy Backup configuration feature and which accounts will use the Backup Configuration feature.

File Rollback Configuration

You can restore configuration files for Apache, Pure-FTP/ProFTP, and nameserver daemons using this feature.

Legacy Backup Configuration

Determine where your backup files will be stored with the Legacy Backup Configuration. You may also configure automatic backups, backup retention schedules, and define where the backups should be stored.

This feature allows you to pick a recent backup to restore configurations and accounts. You must first have backups to restore anything.

You can restore multiple accounts at the same time with each of their most recent backups.
