About Resellers

The resellers WHM home screen button contains a set of features that give you access to a list of your reseller accounts and a Reseller Center. Using the Reseller Center you can assign new reseller accounts and manage existing reseller accounts.

Change Ownership of an Account

You can transfer multiple and individual accounts within this features

To transfer Multiple accounts follow the below steps:

1. Select the reseller who will receive the accounts
2. Select Submit
3. Select the account you wish to transfer
4. Select Change Owner of Select Accounts

Keep in mind that the accounts IP address will not change to the new owner’s shard IP address.

Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges

This feature allows you to configure options towards your reseller’s account. You can limit and give access to a reseller’s ability to create accounts and use various features. Within this feature you may also assign nameserver IP addresses for accounts created by the reseller, add A entries, and confer root access.

Email All Resellers

This feature allows you to email all of your resellers at the same time. It is a simple process and is used to easily distribute information to your resellers.

Manage Reseller’s IP Delegation and Shared IP

Managing a reseller’s IP delegation gives system administrators the ability to specify a shared IP address for a reseller. More than one reseller can use the same shared IP address, but a reseller can only dedicate a shared IP address to one account.

Managing a reseller’s shared IP gives system administrators the ability to specify a shared IP for a reseller.

Reset Resellers

You can reset package permissions to default values or apply Account Creation Limits to resellers using this feature.

Show Reseller Accounts

This feature will display a list of reseller accounts that you have created. In the blue bar the account owner is displayed. 

Reseller Usage and Account Status

You can keep track of your reseller’s disk space and bandwidth usage in this feature. You may also suspend, unsuspend, and terminate reseller accounts within this feature.
