NVIDIA® Jetson™ is used by professional developers to create breakthrough AI products across all industries, and by students and enthusiasts for hands-on AI learning and making amazing projects.
Whether for use for research or in enterprises, large, medium, or small, the Jetson family of modules has a solution to meet all budgetary and performance needs, no matter how specific. They all share the same architecture and SDK, allowing you to use one code base and deploy the infrastructure seamlessly across the entire product portfolio.
NVIDIA® Jetson™ systems deliver the performance and power efficiency needed to run software on standalone machines faster and with less power. Each is a SOM (system-on-module), with CPU, GPU, PMIC, DRAM, and flash storage, saving development time and money. Jetson is also extensible. Just select the right SOM for the application and build the custom system around it to meet your specific needs.
Jetson's modules include a wide range of applications requiring various levels of performance at various price points and are best for:
- Network video recorders (NVRs)
- Deep Learning
- Automated optical inspection (AOI) in high-precision manufacturing
- AI development
- Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs)
Jetson's modules feature unmatched performance and energy efficiency in a small form factor, effectively delivering the power of modern AI, deep learning, and inference to perimeter embedded systems.
Jetson Nano
The Jetson Nano module is a cost-effective AI computer that has the performance and power efficiency to run modern AI workloads, multiple neural networks in parallel, and process data from multiple high-resolution sensors at the same time. All this makes it the perfect entry-level choice for advanced AI embedded products.
Jetson TX1
The Jetson TX1 module is the first generation of Jetson modules designed for perimeter machine learning and AI and is used in many systems being manufactured today. However, new designs should take advantage of the capabilities of Jetson TX2 (4 GB), a module with great cost and pin compatibility with twice the performance.
Jetson TX2 Series
The expanded range of Jetson TX2 embedded modules offers up to 2.5 times the performance of Jetson Nano in as little as 7.5W. Jetson TX2 NX offers pin and form factor compatibility with Jetson Nano, while Jetson TX2, TX2 4 GB and TX2i share the form factor of the original Jetson TX2. The new Jetson TX2i is ideal for environments such as industrial robots and medical equipment.
Jetson Xavier NX
Jetson Xavier NX incorporates up to 21 TOPS of edge-accelerated AI computing in a small form factor module. It can run modern neural networks in parallel and process data from multiple high-resolution sensors, a requirement for fully AI systems. Jetson Xavier NX is production-ready and compatible with all popular AI working environments.
Jetson AGX Xavier Series
Jetson AGX Xavier is the first computer designed specifically for autonomous machines. It has six integrated engines for accelerated sensor data processing and autonomous machine software execution. In addition, it offers the performance and energy efficiency for complete autonomous machines.
Jetson AGX Xavier 8 GB is a cost-effective version that offers full hardware and software compatibility with the existing Jetson AGX Xavier. It consumes a maximum of 20 W for the complete module while offering up to 20 TOPS of IA performance.
