SSAE 16 Certified

An independent service auditor has examined ServerPronto’s description of its data center hosting services system for dedicated hosting, cloud hosting and colocation services at the Miami, Florida facility and evaluated the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls to achieve the related control objectives stated in the description. The description indicates that specific control objectives specified in the specification are achieved, and complementary user entity controls contemplated in the design of ServerPronto’s controls are suitably designed and operating effectively, along with related controls at the service organization.

The SOC (Service Organization Control) Report examines and describes the core requirements of the service organizations system, that is, a detailed and comprehensive narrative that explains the services provided, along with the supporting processes, policies, infrastructures, personnel and operational activities that constitute the service organization's core activities that are relevant to user entities.

The design and operating controls for the Security and Availability Trust Service Principles were tested, and found to be suitably designed and managing effectively by the independent service auditor and described in the ServerPronto - 2013 Type 2 SOC 1 - Report.

Cisco           Certification

CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate

For ServerPronto technicians who install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot routers and networking equipment in our IT infrastructure the Cisco Certification indicates the advanced skill level when implementing and maintaining local and wide-area enterprise networks and work collaboratively with specialists on advanced security, voice, wireless and video solutions.

This includes primary mitigation of security threats, introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology, and performance-based skills. This new curriculum also includes IP, Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Serial Line Interface Protocol Frame Relay, Routing Information Protocol Version 2 (RIPv2), VLANs, Ethernet, access control lists (ACLs).

Red Hat Certified Engineer

 ServerPronto's Red Hat Certified Engineer technicians possess advanced skills, knowledge, and abilities required of a senior system administrator responsible for Red Hat Enterprise Linux® systems and distributions.

An RHCE is capable of:

• Configuring static routes, packet filtering, and network address translation.
• Setting kernel runtime parameters.
• Configuring an Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) initiator.
• Producing and delivering reports on system utilization.
• Using shell scripting to automate system maintenance tasks.
• Configuring system logging, including remote logging.
• Configuring a system to provide networking services, including HTTP/HTTPS, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), network file system (NFS), server message block (SMB), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), secure shell (SSH) and Network Time Protocol (NTP).
