“Honestly, my earliest experiences a few years ago with ServerPronto were poor. The servers went down a few times and the service was not responsive,” Harshanov admits. “But since the management changed in 2012 I’ve seen a huge turnaround. There are no issues with reliability and customer service is very strong. It’s like a whole different company.”

Although dedicated server reliability and customer support are key factors in his decision to build and run VendorsBay.com on ServerPronto, price also plays a critical role.
“I get all the same services at ServerPronto that other server companies offer at a much higher price,” Harshanov says. “I’m paying half the price for the same servers at ServerPronto.
